Go Local this Weekend in Palestine

The Palestine Farmer's Market will kick off this Saturday in the Palestine Main Street District.  The pavilion, located at 825 W. Spring Street, will be open Monday-Sunday from 8 a.m. - 5 p.m.

Rail Fan Photographers will have an opportunity this Saturday to capture photos of the recently restored 1917 Magma Arizona Railroad #7 at the Texas State Railroad.

This steam engine, featured in the movie How the West Was Won, will also soon be featured the first two Wednesday's in May at 7pm in the season finale of the hit NBC TV show Revolution.
